Services Policy

At Robb Kelly Recovery Group, LLC, we offer exclusive one-on-one personal recovery, mental health coaching, life coaching, and transformation coaching. Based on the specific needs of the individual, sessions vary by length and frequency depending on individual requirements. As with any condition, recovery is only possible with an engaged and willing client. We require that clients pay a month in advance for 30 days of service to ensure that the individual and family are 100% committed to the process. All information is confidential.

Please initial that you have read and agree to the following terms:

Fees are not refundable in the event a client discontinues.

A credit for unused time will be available for 90 days if a client chooses to return.

A prorated refund will be given in the event a client is dismissed from Robb Kelly Recovery Group

Failure to show at scheduled time may result in forfeited session unless other schedule arrangements have been made. Clients must give a 24-hour notice for cancellation. An individual coach may at their discretion make exception to this cancellation policy but that will be on a case-by-case basis.

I understand that RKRG is not responsible for quality of reception for tele-health sessions. Lost sessions due to technical difficulties will be rescheduled
